To ensure clarity and provide the best possible experience for our customers, we have outlined our store policies in detail below.

 No Refund Policy

All sales made through the MadeHerselfABoss Store are final. This policy applies to all products and services offered, including but not limited to:

  • Event Tickets: All tickets purchased for our events, such as The Bossy Picnic and other workshops, are non-refundable.
  • Online Courses: Enrollments in any of our online courses are non-refundable.
  • Pre-recorded Digital Trainings: Purchases of pre-recorded training sessions are non-refundable.
  • Branded Merchandise: All branded merchandise, including clothing, accessories, and other items, is non-refundable.

Exceptions: The only exception to our no refund policy is for merchandise that arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. If you receive a damaged item or do not receive your order, please contact us at info@madeherselfaboss.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth resolution, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage or the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable)

We will review your request and, if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

 Event Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be granted for event tickets. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should such circumstances prevent you from attending an event, we offer the following options:

  • Ticket Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us at info@madeherselfaboss.com with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Future Event Credit: If you inform us in advance that you cannot attend, you may receive a credit for your ticket, which can be applied to any of our future live events.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to no-show the live event and do not communicate with us prior to the start of the event that you will not be attending, you forfeit any right to use any portion of your purchase toward future products or services. Communication must be received at least 24 hours before the event start time.

MadeHerselfABoss is not responsible for any specific results or outcomes. We provide the tools, resources, and support to help you succeed, but your results are ultimately determined by your actions and commitment.
